The show opens to the public at 10.00am and comes to a close at 5.00pm.

Free parking opposite the showground.

Disabled parking adjacent to the showground (cars must display a ‘blue badge’).

 

Trade, Craft & Charity Village Stands

We have a great selection of trade stands offering some fantastic products from artisan breads to beauty products; glitter face painting to jewellery, something for everyone. And don’t forget to visit the charity stands to support them with their fundraising.

 

Eating and drinking at the show

This year’s vendors will be announced soon.  

 

Public Information

In the case of an evacuation please assemble at public entrance or the front of Blyth Hall.

Warning!
Uneven Ground Please be cautious when walking on the showground. personal belongings The committee of Whitacres & Shustoke Show will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings brought onto the showground.

Smoking
Please ensure that all cigarettes are fully extinguished in areas provided. For the safety of the public, please do not smoke in any tents on the showground.

Missing person
Please report this to a steward immediately. All stewards and members of the show committee on site are wearing high visibility jackets; please speak to them if you have any concerns.

 

Important Notices

The Committee reserves the right to cancel or amend any of the events or attractions according to weather conditions or at their discretion and will not be held responsible for the non-appearance of attractions or events due to circumstances beyond their control.

The Committee will not (save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Committee) be responsible for the personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise, loss of or damage to property and any other loss, damage, costs and expenses however caused.

Persons entering the showground do so at their own risk and leave their vehicles and possessions in the car park at their own risk.

The first aid services are provided by Elite Event Medical Services and are situated near to the Main Ring. First aid staff will be on duty throughout the day or visitors may speak to any of the organising committee to summon assistance.

Please take your litter home with you.

All dogs must be kept on leads.

Lost children should be taken to Commbus by the Main Ring.
